“BECAUSE SKIING WASN’T ENJOYABLE ANYMORE”
As an ex-athlete skier, I always suffered from issues with the soles of my feet and my knees whenever I was skate skiing. These problems were particularly apparent in icy weather, when carving was more difficult. I thought sturdier ski boots would help, but they didn’t make the problem go away completely. Skiing wasn’t enjoyable and fun anymore.
After thousands of skiing kilometres, I got an idea that could help. Already while testing the first prototype, skiing felt easier. This gave me faith and encouragement to continue developing the idea.
The story also features interviews with skiers, dozens of prototypes and hundreds of testing kilometres. I realized that this was the real solution for skate skiing! Active skiers and professionals from many fields have been involved in the development work. As a result, the Wing was born, which restored the joy and ease of skate skiing for me even in difficult conditions!

COMPATIBILITY:
| Suitable for skate skiing boots with two grooves on the bottom. |
| Suitable for skis whose bindings have long installation profiles (2007-2019). For skis whose bindings have short two-piece installation profiles (2018->). You need an adapter. |
